The National Committee to Aid Victims of German Fascism's telegram to Governor Miller was supported by organizations of educators, physicians, and intellectuals numbering to 400,000 and signed by Albert Wagenknecht, Executive Secretary. Confederación Sindical Latinoamericana (Latin American Trade Union Confederation), on behalf of Central and South American workers, protests the 1931 convictions of the Scottsboro Boys and calls for their immediate release.
